2024/25 MYFOREST MEMBERSHIP UPGRADES

MyForest members can now apply to upgrade to a MyForest Plus membership, whilst MyForest Plus members can apply to upgrade to MyForest Pro membership, online only.

Available MyForest Pro and Plus memberships will then be balloted amongst applicants with applications closing at 12pm Thursday 18th July.

Applicants will be notified by 5pm Thursday 18th July if they have been successful. Successful applicants will then have until 5pm Friday 19th July to purchase.

Successful applicants must purchase at the full rate, with a refund being provided automatically for their initial renewal (inc. postage cost) within 14 working days. Please do not email or call to request these refunds as these will be processed automatically.

Your account may show both memberships temporarily, but this won’t affect ticket eligibility.

To apply, log into http://eticketing.co.uk/nottinghamforest, click “Online Ticket Office,” then click “Click here to apply” next to the relevant upgrade option that you’re eligible to apply for. Supporters can apply for several eligible individuals in the same ballot application, providing they assign to the relevant eligible customer numbers.

We are aware of some supporters experiencing issues with applying. Please see the below guidance to resolve:

–              Try to apply via incognito mode or via another browser / device

–              Refresh the page several times until you can apply

–              If the issue still occurs after you’ve tried both above, please email us and we’ll advise
