Steidten made a January defender transfer.

Steidten plans to acquire defender Sanusi in January.

It has been reported that Zaidu Sanusi, a defender for Porto, is wanted by West Ham. Scouts from the Hammers are said to have kept a close eye on the 26-year-old, who has established himself as a vital member of the Portuguese team.

According to Portuguese media, we are getting ready to make a bid for Sanusi. Tim Steidten, the club’s technical director, has long been an admirer. Sanusi is a strong and skilled player who is a good fit for the Premier League.

Whether West Ham can lure Porto with a sufficiently alluring offer is still up for debate. Aaron Cresswell appears certain to leave West Ham, but it’s unclear if he will go for nothing in January or on a free transfer at the end of the current campaign.
It’s also important to note that right back is a position that is more in demand right now. There is no assurance that Sanusi would make the team because Emerson is playing excellent left back as well.

Last season, there were strong rumors that the 26-year-old Nigerian would be moving to Brighton.
