JUST IN: Ahead of Werder Bremen match, Bayern Munich Thomas Tuchel feels his squad

When his side plays Werder Bremen, Bayern Munich coach Thomas Tuchel believes you can ignore the team’s record.

Tuchel is aware that the Bavarians may face difficulties from the River Islanders.

“Like Hoffenheim, we anticipate a back five from Bremen. We’ll get ready for it. It’s undoubtedly a traditional feature that was quite appealing to me as a child. There are usually a lot of objectives and a unique vibe. Bremen plays with a unique style that emphasizes attacking constantly. Tuchel anticipates having every player available, with the exception of those on international leave or those sidelined by long-term injuries.

“I don’t need to worry about Matthias de Ligt because he exercised extensively yesterday and is ready to play. He is able to begin tomorrow. Following the birth of his child, Eric Dier returned to training and will be part of the team tomorrow. But Tuchel stated, Upa and Matthijs will get things going.

In addition, Tuchel expressed his curiosity about the team’s performance following the highly beneficial training camp in Portugal.

It is inevitable that a team will gel better if members spend four days together in ideal circumstances. The instruction was of extremely high quality, the conditions were excellent, and the environment was excellent. We simply carried on with our business as usual, taking advantage of the chance to hold video conferences and fix any issues that needed attention, according to Tuchel. It was an opportunity to train in the sun and then spend time together. That is absolutely great, and it fosters the ideal environment for us to succeed in our objectives. We enjoyed ourselves throughout the training sessions as well; they were excellent, and it’s now time to bring that  to the pitch consistently in the games.”
