Chelsea agree deadline day transfer with Crystal Palace

Chelsea have been given a major boost to their hopes of finally offloading Trevoh Chalobah. The 25-year-old defender has been heavily linked with an exit from Stamford Bridge this summer after falling out of favour under Enzo Maresca.

The Blues have reached an agreement with Crystal Palace for the season-long loan of Chalobah. The report states that there will be no option or obligation to buy clause included in the deal, which will see Chelsea secure a ‘loan fee’.
