Nottingham Forest submit £4 million offer for Aston Villa’s Lamare Bogarde

A young Villa ace is said to be the subject of a £4 million transfer bid from Nottingham Forest. The two parties are thought to be in ‘advanced talks’ – it looks increasingly likely that he will leave the club in the summer transfer window.

Lamare Bogarde is one of Aston Villa’s brightest young players – however, he may not be with the club for much longer. According to a report from Football Insider, he is the subject of a £4 million bid from Nottingham Forest and the two parties are believed to be in ‘advanced talks’.

While Bogarde has not made any Premier League appearances at this stage in his career, he has made his senior team debut for the Villans in the FA Cup – notching up two assists along the way.

Additionally, Bogarde has also enjoyed two loan spells at Bristol Rovers in League One. He made 31 appearances for the Gas overall, but failed to score a single goal during his stint in Bristol.
