Members News: Guess Who Is CCFPA’s Latest Signing?

The Association is very pleased to announce another new member has been signed up, thanks to the hard work and good contacts of CCFPA committee member Sarah Morris! We have snapped up another new signing of recent vintage to add to our current roster of getting on for 350 former CCFC players, managers, coaches and the like. As regular readers will know we do not let you know the identity of our latest recruit immediately but offer you a few clues and a heavily doctored photo to give you a chance to guess who it is.

We think this one will be a doddle as our newest member is easily recognisable so it has been hard to disguise him. This former CCFC defender is a Sky Blue centurion, has been with the club in the last decade and has seen at least one promotion with us.

Apart from the Sky Blues our latest recruit has played mainly for clubs in the southern half of the UK though he has also spent loan spells abroad. He has played in all four English leagues and is currently plying his trade with a League Two outfit. He was a popular figure at the Ricoh/CBS in his four seasons with us.
