When is the FA Cup semi-final? Dates and draw details of Wembley visit after Coventry beat Wolves

The latest Coventry City news as the Sky Blues staged a dramatic late win over their Premier League opponents to book their place at Wembley Stadium.

Coventry City will be heading to Wembley Stadium for the second season in a row as they booked their place in the FA Cup semi-final with a win over Premier League Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Mark Robins’ side had taken the lead in the 53rd minute through Ellis Simms, and held onto that advantage until the 83rd minute. In what looked a cruel turnaround for City, Rayan Ait-Nouri and Hugo Bueno scored for Wolves to make the score 2-1.

It looked like that would be the final result. But Simms had other ideas as he equalised in the seventh minute of added time in what was an entertaining second 45 minutes.

But it got better for Sky Blues just three minutes later. As both sides may have been preparing for extra time, Haji Wright picked up the ball at the edge of the area and curled the ball past Jose Sa and into the bottom corner in the 10th minute of added time.

It means that Wembley Way will be Sky Blues again in just a few weeks’ time. Here are all the details you need for the upcoming match.
