Manager makes ‘tough’ admission on Luton’s nightmare scenario before Nottingham Forest
|Luton Town boss Rob Edwards says his players must quickly pick themselves up ahead of facing Nottingham Forest, after throwing away a three-goal lead to lose 4-3 to Bournemouth on Wednesday night.
Forest face Luton at Kenilworth Road in the Premier League on Saturday in a huge match towards the bottom of the table. The Reds are just three points above the Hatters in 17th place.
“We put ourselves in such a good position to win a Premier League game of football and to be sat here talking about a defeat is tough,” said Edwards.
“Huge game on Saturday. Losing is difficult anyway but in that manner it does hurt but if we can’t pick ourselves up for a huge Premier League game then there’s something wrong.”
