‘Said it before…’ – Heart & Hand take swipe at Beale after Rangers and Sunderland sackings

Heart and Hand released a statement on February 19th, criticizing Michael Beale following his dismissals from Rangers and Sunderland.

The Englishman was relieved of his responsibilities by the Black Cats following just 12 games in charge at the Stadium of Light.

He lost six of those matches and saw his side fall to 10th in the league which forced the owners in action.

“Said it before, when managers jump into a job straight after a sacking without taking a break to clear their head and reflect on WHY it didn’t work, it rarely works,” Heart and Hand stated on Twitter.

Rangers: Heart and Hand take dig at Michael Beale after Sunderland sack

Rangers and Sunderland will not miss Michael Beale

This video demonstrates why and how the Rangers are better off without Beale, who has been a disgrace and unpopular with Sunderland fans.

Michael Beale’s apparent inability to connect with players and fans, as seen by recent incidents and results, forced both teams make the proper decision to fire him.

Beale’s quick expulsion from both sides shows a trend of inability to develop good relationships and perform well on the field.

He was given a fair shot, but his failure to live up to expectations and resolve fan dissatisfaction led to his departure from Sunderland after just 12 games.

Beale needs time apart to think about his leadership approach and the reasons behind his lack of player and fan support.

He can reevaluate his strategy during this hiatus, maybe concentrating on improving his relationship and interpersonal abilities with others around him.
