There are three London clubs reportedly interested in Clarke, who is now valued at £20 million by his club Sunderland.

Jack Clarke has improved since leaving Tottenham Hotspur.
For an initial transfer cost of £8.5 million, Tottenham acquired Clarke from Leeds United in the summer of 2019 (Sky Sports).

Spurs transferred the winger to Sunderland in 2022 for £750,000 because he failed to make an impression on them (Football.London).

Clarke’s success at Sunderland has been gaining momentum. The winger made 46 Championship starts last season, tallying nine goals and dishing out twelve assists.

The 23-year-old has scored 12 goals and contributed two assists in 26 Championship outings for the Black Cats so far this term.

According to The London Evening Standard, West Ham United, Crystal Palace and Brentford all are interested in signing Clarke from Sunderland in the January transfer window.

According to the source, all three London clubs are thinking about making a bid for the winger. The Black Cats may be inclined to cash in on the former Leeds star if they receive a bid of at least £20 million, although Sunderland would want to cling onto him.

Despite Tottenham’s 25% sell-on clause (Football.London), the North London team undoubtedly wanted Clarke to be successful in their partnership.

The winger has performed admirably in the Championship, and I think the Premier League should give him another opportunity.

When Clarke relocated to Tottenham, he was quite young. He is now a more accomplished and mature player, and I am confident that he will perform well at Brentford, West Ham, or Palace.
