Leeds United transfer rumours with approach made for ‘unbelievable’ Portuguese starlet

A number of clubs have contacted Liverpool over Fabio Carvalho’s availability, including Leeds United. The youthful winger was brought back after spending the first half of the season on loan at RB Leipzig because of worries about his playing time.

The Portuguese teenager is believed to have attracted interest from Fulham, Southampton, Wolves, and Hull City, according to the print version of the Mail on Sunday, which was obtained by MOT Leeds News.

Carvalho made his debut at Fulham when he was eighteen years old. He played 44 games for the Craven Cottage team before earning a ÂŁ5 million transfer to Liverpool. The now 21-year-old, a former England youth international, most recently played at the U21 level for Portugal, his birth country.

Although it seems unlikely that Crysencio Summerville’s future will be cleared up anytime soon, Leeds United’s management will be pleased to hear that the winger is content to stay at Elland Road.

Football Insider reports that despite his impressive first half of the season drawing interest from many top division teams, the 12-goal wide player is content with his time with manager Daniel Farke and is not in any hurry to leave.

In any case, it’s also believed that Leeds United have no intention of selling their star man midway through the season, with the aim firmly on returning to the Premier League at the first attempt.
