Manuel Neuer says Tottenham Hotspur’s Eric Dier “sounds good” for Bayern Munich

Although Manuel Neuer, the captain of Bayern Munich, was pleased to see his team back in action, he is aware that there was room for improvement after the team’s 1-1 draw with FC Basel.

FC Basel v FC Bayern München - Friendly Match

“We trained hard for a week, and naturally, we wanted to win the match. There were plenty of positive moments for us, particularly in the opening part. Our opportunities were apparent. Basel stopped some of our better moves with two or three well-timed tactical fouls. After the game, Neuer stated, “We are generally happy with the training week and will keep working.”

After spending enough time in the league, Neuer is aware that January consists of more than just training camp and friendly matches. There is a transfer window open, and Neuer has heard that his team will be quite busy.

“Although I don’t have any specific information at this time, I am aware that the individuals in charge are surveying the market to determine whether there is a solution that meets our needs and budget as a team. We are aware that while we were injured, we had a thin roster. We have faith that those in authority will make the best choices,” Neuer informed Tz.

Neuer did not appear to be against the move when questioned about Tottenham Hotspur’s Eric Dier, saying, “The name definitely sounds good, that’s for sure.” We are entirely at ease with the market exploration that the responsible parties will undertake.
